I specialize in, but am not limited to: starting horses, working with troubled horses, and tune ups - all through building communication, understanding, and respect. I train in Western, English, and Liberty.

Training

Training is 4 days a week, about an hour session. Part of training includes the option of one instructional day a week. Ninety days is the minimum for starting a horse.

• Onsite training at The Ranch (formerly known as The Acres or South Bay Horse Ranch) (located here, in Gilroy / San Martin): $1,000/month. Owner is responsible for paying board.
• Training at your facility: $1,250 and up, depending on location.

Lessons

• All ages and experience levels welcome.
• Tell me your goals and we can progress toward making them reality.
• I can provide a lesson horse (for those under 160 pounds) or I can teach you on your personal horse.
  For one hour lessons:
  • Onsite at The Ranch (aka The Acres, or South Bay Horse Ranch): [beginner: $70] | [advanced: $80].
  • At your facility: [beginner: $80] | [advanced: $90] and up depending on your location.
  For one and half hour lessons at The Acres:
  • Group (individuals must be able to groom, tack, bridle, steer through cones, and walk & trot): $70
• Scheduled lessons must be paid at the beginning of the month, or at the time of your first lesson, whichever comes first. You are responsible for being on time.
• Riders under 18 must wear a helmet.
